ARC Review: Claiming Her Geeks (Perfect Strangers Collection) by Eve Langlais
Deena is an alpha bitch in every sense of the word. In her world, men usually rule, and boy do the men keep coming to get their asses kicked by this Amazonian hottie werewolf. She doesn’t have time for the shenanigans and quickly puts them in their place, taking what she wants when she wants it from beta males. That all changes the day she meets Simon. And Frank. What ensues is hot menage action that proves you can be tough as hell in the world and get your kicks being submissive between the sheets. Claiming Her Geeks is a GraveTells Recommended Read!

Eve Langlais is a master at writing stories that are as funny as they are sexy and heartfelt. Once again, I laughed almost as much as I squirmed from the hot menage a trois action. Deena is an alpha female werewolf whose tough exterior hides a woman who really wants to be able to let her guard down and be loved by the man in her life. Or men, as the case may be. (Gawd, she is soooo freakin’ lucky!)
Meeting her geeks is a turning point for Deena. At first confused by the attraction she feels for two males who normally wouldn’t even be a blip on her radar, Deena learns what those of us with geeks of our own already know – a geek is where it’s at, mmmkay? Haven’t any of you ever seen Revenge of the Nerds? If you haven’t well, there’s a line in there that goes something like: “All jocks ever think about is sports. All nerds ever think about is sex.”
With a plot arc that mixes action, adventure, and sex, this is a quick read that will have you wondering just what Frank and Simon are going to get Deena to do next. It’s hot, fun, sweaty menage action that I loved reading and will totally revisit.
Deena honey, you’re confused by it now, but just wait a few minutes. You’ll have the answer. :)
Instead, she stopped before a nondescript fellow wearing glasses, a collared shirt and khakis. She eyed him up and down, from his diminutive height of five eleven, to his pale skin, which obviously didn’t see the sun often, to his slim build. Where were the muscles, the height and the power she’d expected? Why on earth did her canine – spinning in wild circles in her mind – find this male so interesting? And why oh why, did she want to throw him over her shoulder and drag him off to a corner to have wild, sweaty sex?
Geeks are so damned inventive -
As Simon ducked Jeffrey’s fist, Deena jumped as fingers tickled up her thigh to the hem of her skirt. She whipped her head sideways to see Frank wearing a wide grin. Positioning his body in front of her, he his his furtive movement from view. “Don’t mind me. Just checking to see if you were a good girl.”

Then check out The Geek Job which is also by Eve Langlais. I reviewed it last month, and found it just as hot, funny, and entertaining as I did this book. The main characters are a wonderful match and Lexie’s inner monologue is guaranteed to have you giggling like crazy.
I would also recommend Katie Reus’ new Moon Shifter’s series (book one Alpha Instinct just came out) for more hot werewolf action. The sexual tension between the main couple is smouldering!
There’s also the Riley Jensen series (starting with Full Moon Rising) – no menage in it, but whew! The sex will blow your mind, and you’ll love Riley. She’s awesomesauce. :) And with all the action, adventure, and danger of great urban fantasy, it’s a series you shouldn’t miss.
A fast, funny read that was sexy enough to turn me on. It’ll turn you on too, especially if you love geeky guys who are sweet, in charge in the bedroom but perfectly supportive of their woman out of it, lovably mischievous, and sexy in their nerdy way. My own complaint with the Geek books? I wish they were longer! Gimme more geek adventures!
(Thankfully I get to interview and hang out with the gang from both books later this month. Hilarity is sure to ensue. Cause where the Captain goes, beer flows, and nonsense occurs. )
