Submission Form for Review Requests

We will be happy to consider your book for review once you complete the following form. Please fill out as many fields as possible so that we can most accurately gauge our ability to provide you with a prompt, thorough, accurate review. Before submitting any work for review, please read our Review Policy. By submitting your work for submission, you verify that you have read, understand, and accept our review policy.

Submissions sent via the Contact Page or email will not be accepted (and will likely be ignored – we just don’t have time to wade through non-formatted versions of what is requested below), but we will work with you to help resolve the difficulty and possibly provide you with an alternate way to submit your work for review.  Thanks for understanding!  <3

Please choose an option other than “Not sure” if possible. This helps the reviewers know how much time they need to set aside to read the book.

Note: We feature a good number of self-published and indie works, so this is just for reviewer information and does not necessarily decide whether or not the book will be chosen for review. Different reviewers prefer different types of books and we want to match you up with someone who will best identify with your work.

* If you select these genres, be sure your book contains at least a nominal romance element. GT does not review any of these genres that do not involve a romance of some kind.

** If you select this genre, also select the other applicable genres (such as paranormal romance or urban fantasy). GT does not review YA books unless they fall into one of the other genres as well.

*NOTE: We typically only do Q&A/Interviews for books/authors that we have reviewed (to keep them interesting and relevant), so please be willing to do a guest blog of some sort and do not request an interview. We’ll let ya know if we want to do an interview! ;-)

*Note: GT reserves the right to not offer a giveaway even if requested by the author. We’ve found that flooding the blog with too many giveaways takes value away from the prize and the post, and we don’t want to negatively impact any of our contributing authors or readers.

You should receive an auto-response with more information about your submission almost immediately.  If you don’t, check your spam folder and be sure to add “davincikittie@gravetells.com” to your spam filter’s accepted email list so you don’t miss any communications from us! If we choose to review your book, it can take anywhere from 1-3 months for the review to be posted.  If you have a strict timeline or are looking to have a title reviewed to coincide with a specific release date, it’s best to pre-plan by at least 2 months we so can be sure to find the right reviewer for you and make sure s/he has enough time to complete it.
