Micro-Review: If I Were You (Inside Out Trilogy #1) by Lisa Renee Jones

Let me start out by saying that this book is an outstanding beginning to what is proving to be a phenomenal trilogy. This trilogy has been compared and likened to the 50 Shades trilogy, but I found it to be so much more compelling and dark. The story and writing style are so encompassing with just the right amount of danger that I felt like I was literally living the pages. I felt just like the main character, Sara, through the entire book. I felt a little lost trying to guess the involvement and motives of all the secondary characters and never able to completely put my trust in anyone. The vagueness of the story didn’t detract, but made it all the more sinister. Prepare to question everyone and everything that occurs. Highly recommended!

My rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars

Great review, I love the first 2 books in the trilogy, IF I WERE YOU AND BEING ME. I can’t wait to read ESCAPING REALITY.—Rae
